Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: February 2025 • Applicable in Qatar

1. Definitions & Scope

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User") and Vodafone QA. By submitting a recharge request, accessing this website, or taking advantage of the extra 15% recharge bonus, you unconditionally agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility & Permitted Use

Users must be at least 18 years old or possess parental consent in the State of Qatar. The portal may only be used for lawful mobile airtime recharges and communication purposes.

3. Mobile Top-Up & Extra 15% Bonus Terms

  • The 15% bonus credit is an automated promotional allocation applied onto the target Qatar mobile telephone number (+974).
  • Bonus credit is non-transferable to cash and cannot be exchanged for physical goods.
  • Accuracy of the recipient mobile number is the sole responsibility of the customer. Credits delivered to valid erroneous numbers cannot be revoked once processed by the network.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices and recharge values are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR). Taxes, where applicable under Qatari financial law, are calculated at checkout.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Because mobile airtime and data bandwidth are digital assets dispatched instantly through telecommunication switches, recharge transactions become final and non-refundable upon transmission to the network operator.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand logos, text, design layouts, and technical software architecture on this portal are the intellectual property of Vodafone QA or its licensors and are protected under the intellectual property laws of Qatar.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vodafone QA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from network maintenance, carrier disruptions, or incorrect mobile numbers supplied by the user.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held accountable for failure or delay in fulfillment caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, national infrastructure outages, or regulatory suspensions.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced exclusively under the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Doha, Qatar.
